Business Commercial Visit Visa Stamping Process For Saudi Arabia

Commercial visit visas are issued to those, who have to visit Saudi Arabia for some business purposes. These travelers can be businessperson, investors or representative (manager, sales executive etc.) of the company operating in the home country. Required documents :

Original Passport + Old PP if avl
Photos – 4 nos. (6 x 4” – Background White).
last 3 months original bank statement till date, with seal and sign of authorized signatory.
Invitation letter from https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/invitationletter, to be issued for New Delhi Embassy.
The Invitation letter should have appropriate profession and purpose of visit mentioned on it to obtain the visa.
Electronic Invitation Letter from Sponsor duly attested by Saudi Chamber of Commerce, specifying duration of stay in the Kingdom and Entry Type (Single/Multiple) .
Copy of Sponsor Company Registration Certificate.
Covering Letter By Applicant stating the Purpose of Visit and Commercial activity of the Company and must be signed by the Director or equivalent.
Original Cover letter from the Indian Company stating the designation, passport details and purpose of visit of the applicant, addressed to: The visa Officer, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi and must be signed by the authorized signatory with the company's round seal.
Commercial Registration Certificate copy of the Firm/Company (Saudi).

Commercial Work Visit Stamping For Saudi Arabia - Required documents :

Work Visit visa is meant to be issued to professional characters like Technicians, Engineers, Teachers, Lecturers & Professors of the university, Advocates, Computer Programmers, Mechanics and Doctors and others, who intends to visit the Kingdom to work with the company for a short period.The validity of the visa is 30 days & 90 days with Single Entry & Multiple entries respectively. The required documents to proceed for Work visit visa are as follows:

Invitation letter from https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/invitationletter, to be issued for New Delhi Embassy ,the Invitation letter should have appropriate profession and purpose of visit mentioned on it to obtain the visa.
Original passport of the applicant (Current and old passport, if any).
Two latest white-background photographs of the applicant.
CR Copy of Saudi Arabia company.
Original Cover letter from the Indian Company stating the designation, passport details and purpose of visit of the applicant, addressed to: The visa Officer, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi and must be signed by the authorized signatory with the company's round seal.
Copy of Degree certificate of the applicant - should match with the designation on the Invitation Letter.

Child / Infant Visa Stamping For Saudi Arabia - Required documents to be submitted :

Child Passport, which should have 6 months validity(including the old passports ).
2 white background Photos.
Original Polio Certificate with Attestation.
Birth Certificate Copy.

Re-Entry Visa Extension - Stamping for Saudi Arabia - Required documents :

Original Passport, which should have 6 months validity(including the old passports ).
Original Exit & Re – Entry Visa.
Copy of Work ID / Iqama / Resident Permit.
Iqama print-out from Ministry.
Sponsor’s letter which needs to be attested by the Chamber of Commerce.

Employment Visa Stamping Process For Saudi Arabia - Required documents :

Original Passport (Minimum Validity 6. months at the time of Submission).
Electronic Visa - WAKALA,Visa Number,Sponsor ID Number.
6 photos 4x6 cm white background.
Contract Agreement
Medical report along with GAMCA slips from a GAMCA (GCC approved Medical Centers Association).
2 alternative pages required for endorsing the visa.

Note :
(For Medical categories. From SSLC to till now all the educational and experience certificate should be attested from Saudi Embassy. There should not be a gap, more than 3 months.)
(For Some Professionals Original Employee Agreement Attested by Chamber of Commerce & Ministry of External Affairs Required) Degree / Diploma Certificates related to Visa Category. Degree/ Diploma Certificates to be attested by HRD and Ministry of External Affairs, Cultural Attaché, Saudi Arabia Embassy, New Delhi.
For Senior Categories like Engineers/ Accountant/ System Analyzer/Computer Programmer and all Medical Staff requires Saudi Arabia Embassy attestation. For getting Cultural Attaché’s attestation, Original offer letter duly attested by Chamber of Commerce and MOFA is mandatory. Driver’s license required for Drivers, this should be 6 years old and 6 months valid.
