The Chinese Embassy now requires online submission of visa applications. Applicants must upload documents digitally and complete payment before visiting the Visa Center. Short-term visas are exempt from fingerprint collection, making the process faster and more convenient.

Required Documentation

Applications require a valid passport, completed visa form, recent photograph, travel itinerary, proof of funds, and invitation letters (for business or family visits). In some cases, Embassy Attestation is needed for official recognition of documents.

Visa Categories

Almiraaj International supports multiple categories: Tourist (L), Business (M), Family Visit (Q), and Student (X) visas. Each category has specific requirements such as hotel bookings, invitation letters, or proof of kinship.

Processing Timeline & Support

Option 1: Easy Way Requirements

• Photographs & Passport: 1 digital photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm, white background, no spectacles, 80% face close-up), 2 printed photos, original passport (min. 6 months validity).
• ID Proof & Visa History: Downloaded e-Aadhaar copy, attach old passports if available.

Charges include Visa Fees, VFS Premium Lounge, Service Charges, Blue Dart Courier & GST. Extended Visa: 6-Month Double Entry available if previously traveled to China. Validity: 3 Months | Stay Duration: Up to 30 Days (single entry).

Option 2: Full Checklist

• Core Documents: Original passport (6+ months validity, old passports if applicable), 1 digital photo & 2 printed photos (3.5 x 4.5 cm, 80% face, white background), downloaded e-Aadhaar copy.
• Indian Company Documents: Original covering letter on company letterhead, signed, with passenger details, company profile, establishment year, employee count, joining date. Addressed to Consulate General of China, Mumbai.
• Chinese Company Documents (Mandatory): Colour copy of invitation letter (with passenger details, name & designation of signatory, addressed to Consulate General of China, Mumbai), invitee’s ID card (front & back), and Chinese company business license (colour copy).
